Rework Categories

One of the biggest limitations of the current platform is the way we handled categories. After some very valuable feedback from users, we realised we needed to reworked the way categories work within Sequence.

As training is super varied and can be very specific, we decided to make categories more flexible and allow users to create their own categories, set their own colour and create as many as they needed. This change allows users to create categories that are specific to their training needs and enhance the platform to be even more powerful.
