Recent Workouts

Observing the way users interact with the platform, we noticed that users were reusing the same workouts. To make it easier for users to find their recent workouts, we have added a new section within the quick add modal that displays them. This section displays the 5 recent workouts that a user has used. A simple quality of life improvement that we hope will make it easier for users to find the workouts they need.
